There is a beautiful new trend in graduation gifts this year! More and more graduates - both men and women – are getting cosmetic enhancements as graduation gift from their parents or from themselves, so that they can gain the competitive edge as they enter the workforce.
A little boost in physical appearance before hitting the job search and interviews can do wonders for their confidence and help create a great first impression. After investing so much into their education, it is now time to make an investment that will let their inner beauty shine through. With both mental and physical confidence in place, they are ready and inspired to pursue their ultimate dreams and goals.
What kinds of plastic surgery are new graduates asking for? Anything from rhinoplasty (nose reshaping), breast augmentation to liposuction, and everything in between.
"It is amazing how a slight change in my appearance has boosted my confidence," as stated by a patient and a 2010 college graduate that had a Rhinoplasty by Dr. Salzhauer of Bal Harbour Plastic Surgery Associates.Dr. Michael Salzhauer Diplomate, American Board of Plastic Surgery

If you've ever wondered what you'd look like after a boob job, facelift or other plastic surgery - well, they've got an app for that now.
New iPhone application iSurgeon lets people try out any cosmetic procedure without going under the knife.
All users have to do is take a photo of the body part they want to change then glide a finger over the screen to make it bigger, smaller, narrower or wider. They can also "perform" surgery on pics of friends and celebs. We've had a go and rolled back the years for EastEnders favorite Dot Branning, by giving her a full facelift (above).
Users can email their altered photos to creator, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Michael Salzhauer. He then tells them if the changes are feasible and how much they would cost. He said: "A lot of people wonder what they would look like if they could change themselves but they may be nervous about coming into the office.
"This will help them find out if they are actually interested and, if they are, they can seek out a certified plastic surgeon to follow it up.
"Consultations can take up to three hours - this only takes a few minutes and can be done in private."
The app is free to download and is already a hit in America.
Dr Salzhauer - who developed it from the Photoshop program he uses with clients in his office - says that he has been inundated with business over there. He said: "The response has been amazing. More than 100,000 people have sent in images and I've had a few dozen patients have work done based on the pictures they produced on their phones. "I am a techno nut but this is really simple to use. You can see the results in seconds."
Dr. Salzhauer is a huge hit in the UK!

When Daddy signs his name, he always writes M.D. Thats so people all will know that he belongs to me.
For M.D. means my daddy, or something just the same, and that is why he always puts these letters on his name.
Some letters on his name are small, but these are not you see, he always makes them big like that because he's so proud of me.
