Lips - Most of my patients ask for full and pouty lips just like Angelina Jolie or Adriana Lima. Dermal fillers such as Restylane or Juvederm or a fat transfer to their lips can create that look very easily.
Nose - The top celebrity nose requests are for Ashlee Simpson, Halle Berry and David Beckham. All of their noses are beautiful with defined tips and straight profiles. This look is very easy to achieve for most patients.
Chin - Chin augmentations have become very popular in conjunction with Rhinoplasties now. Patients often mention Jennifer Garner and Orlando Bloom when trying to describe the sculpted look they would like for their chin. An implant and/or facial liposuction can give most patients this look.
Brow - Many patients mention that they love the arch of the eyebrows of Fergie, Megan Fox and Rihanna. High arched eyebrows gives a dramatic look to the face. This is very easy to achieve with a browlift or even with Botox.
Eyes - Big, round eyes like Kim Kardashian, Megan Fox or Adriana Lima is often a request I hear. It is the size, shape and color that most people are referring to when referring to these young celebrities eyes. Plastic surgery can slightly alter the shape of the eyes, but cannot make them bigger.
Breasts - One of the most requested plastic surgery must be for Salma Hayak, Scarlet Johansen and Halle Berry’s breasts. Full ”C” to small “D” cups, natural looking with full cleavage. This is easy to create with silicone implants placed under the muscle. Buttocks - Another extremely requested celebrity body part surgery I get (I do work in Miami) is for a “behind” like Kim Kardashian, Beyonce, Jessica Biel or Jenifer Lopez. The fullness and round shape is what patients want me to create for them. I do this by liposuctioning the fat from above, below and on the sides of their buttocks and then transferring it into the buttocks. This gives it a full and curvy look. As long as the patient has some fat to suction, it is easy to achieve. Some patients actually have to gain 10-20 pounds in order to be able to have this surgery, and they do it.
Abs - When requesting a flat abdomen, Matthew McConaughey, Usher, Justin Timberlake and Gwen Stefani and every Victoria Secret models abdomen come up. A flat abdomen is easy to achieve with liposuction or a tummy tuck. The six pack look, however; can only be achieved by hard work at the gym. I can actually give a slight appearance of a muscular abdomen with a special liposuction technique I use, but it is only an “appearance” and not the real thing. With a tummy tuck, I do suture the muscles back together which also gives a tight abdominal appearance, but a healthy diet and exercise must be followed to really achieve these celebrities look.
