Jeannine has more than fifteen years of experience in the plastic surgery field as a medical esthetician, office manager, patient coordinator and a patient herself. She knows so much about plastic surgery, she could have her own talk show --- and actually she does. Every Sunday morning her and Dr.Salzhauer co-host a radio show called "Nip/Talk Radio." She can be heard from 11 am to12 noon on AM 940 WINZ. This one-of-a-kind talk radio show is dedicated to nothing but plastic surgery. Arianny leads by example, with an extremely compassionate patient care philosophy,. Under the guidance of the executive director, she coordinates all aspects of the Laser Lounge and motivates the staff to ensure the most positive patient experience.

From early on, Arianny was always drawn to the medical field. Born and raised in NYC, she was accepted to Stuyvesant High School. Her family then relocated to the Dominican Republic. There she completed high school and subsequently applied and was accepted to medical school. While in school, she immersed herself in the Dominican culture, attending classes entirely in Spanish and becoming completely fluent. Not content with only concentrating on her studies, she joined the Dominican Red Cross where she organized and participated in countless blood drives, numerous hurricane relief efforts and vaccination clinics. Upon graduation from medical school, she completed an internship in internal medicine in the military hospital in Santo Domingo. After practicing for 6 months as a general practitioner, Arianny returned to the United States in order to take her medical licensing exams. Upon her arrival, she joined the office of a prestigious NY based dermatologist as practice administrator where she coordinated all office functions. After several years with the practice, although sad to leave, she decided to move to Florida to further her studies for the USMLE and embark on a new and exciting journey in the cosmetic surgery field.
Since joining the Bal Harbour team, Arianny has worked closely with Dr. Salzhauer and his physician assistants and can answer all inquires related to the cosmetic surgical procedures offered by our practice. Her candid and warm approach is central to our core philosophy of always placing the patient first. She is always available and will do her best to keep you informed and educated regarding every aspect of your procedure. Arianny believes that her role is to both listen and educate the patient about all of the options available in cosmetic surgery, as well as answer questions you may have before and after surgery.
