Ear Surgery (Otoplasty)

Otoplasty, also known as ear surgery or ear pinning, is a relatively simple procedure designed to correct the appearance of large or protruding ears. It involves repositioning the ears closer to the head, and sometimes removing some of the cartilage.

Candidates for Otoplasty

Doctors often recommend that children with excessively large or protruding ears undergo otoplasty before enrolling in primary school to avoid potential teasing and self-esteem problems. Facial Implants

Facial implants, most commonly used in the cheekbones, jaw, and chin, are made of hard, biocompatible material. They are designed to improve facial contour and bone structure when implanted under the skin.

Common Uses of Facial Implants

Facial implants can be used to:

• improve sagging or sunken cheekbones;
• strengthen a weak jawline;
• correct a weak or receding chin;
• and improve and balance facial proportions.
